About

Since I was a kid, I've been on a mission to help people have a more positive healthcare experience.

For 8+ years, I worked as a physical therapist in geriatric care. During this time, I experienced first-hand the shortcomings of the healthcare system and learned a lot about the needs of patients, family members, clinicians and healthcare organizations.

Even though I found clinical practice extremely rewarding, at some point I felt I had to decide between the frustration of working within a broken system or trying to fix it. That was when I shifted gears to work with companies developing digital health products. My goal was to leverage my clinical experience to help them build successful products which not only helped users achieve better outcomes, but also created a more positive experience along the way.

Since then, I have worked in collaboration with 20+ companies. I have helped them understand who their customers are and what problems they are solving for them. I also helped them define product strategy and roadmap by gathering customer and end-user requirements, validating hypotheses, testing product features and prioritizing feedback to be incorporated into the product.
